Company Performance
Day Schedule
Mini Company 8:00AM Arrive in your opening costume to warm-up on stage for
a 9:00AM Show
Junior/ 11:00 AM Arrive in your opening costume to warm-up on stage for
a 12:00PM Show
Senior Company 3:00 PM Return in your opening costume to warm-up on stage
for a 3:30PM Show
Your rehearsal time includes warm up, costume management and back stage rehearsals
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your rehearsal time -Delays may
occur on stage, times are subject to change.
Photographer
A photographer will be available at the Westfield HS Auditorium Lobby during
dress rehearsals. Please make an appointment for Thursday or Friday. Keep
it to a two (2) costume limit and allow time to get backstage for your rehearsal.
Information will be available at the studio desk.

REHEARSAL & SHOW PROCEDURES
Arrive at least
20 minutes early to rehearsals. Allow time for delays.
Prepare your child in their make-up and their 1st costume as scheduled above.
Warm-up class 1 hour before each show in each “holding room”.
Encourage your child to stretch and have a good meal.
Shoes and tights are the responsibility of the performer. A list has been
provided in the Handbook and on a handout in the lobby.
Make-up should be glamorous for the stage. Earth toned eye shadow and mascara.
Red toned lipstick and blush.
Hair is styled off of the face and shoulders secure to their head. A bun
and/or French braid up and fixed to the head.
Jewelry should not be worn. Leave all valuables at home.
No Food or Drinks are allowed in the auditorium. We are guest in the Auditorium
and it is a privilege we would like to keep.
Siblings should be closely supervised at the rehearsals and performances
at all times. Do not leave them unattended.
The Disabled & Seniors may attend the dress rehearsal if they wish.
This may be a more comfortable experience for them.
Doors Open approximately 30 minutes before each performance. Do not reserve
seats with signs or personal items.
Video & Flash Photography will be allowed during the dress rehearsals
only.
No Video Taping or Flash Photography during the performances. There will
be a Professional Video available. Order forms can be found in the lobby.
Dressing Rooms/Holding Rooms will be open to the parents during rehearsals
only. Parents should remain in the front lobby and the auditorium as much
as possible. Prepare your child for show day because you will drop them
off. We will have staff supervising the students and there will be a monitor
to watch the performance. You may pick-up your child after they perform
and return to the auditorium or leave at anytime.
Flowers will be sold in the lobby the day of the show!

Ballet Classes Costume and/or leotard, skirt or Tu Tu $85.00
Jazz & Tap Costume Levels 1, 1/2, 2, Musical Theatre 1-3 & 4-6 $85.00
Jazz & Tap Costume Levels 3 & Up, Pre Teen/Teen and Adult $95.00
PE Company Costume All levels – 2-3 additional routines in show $125.00
Company Accessories If needed – Includes rhinestone choker & earrings

Ballet and Pointe Classes Participating in the Recital 2009-2010
You must be registered and attending these classes weekly. Please confirm
if your child is eligible for the Pointe Routine.

Attendance
Your child must maintain good attendance to participate in the Recital.
We want all of our students to be comfortable in the show. Our teachers
reserve the right to remove a student from a routine if they feel it is
necessary.
Important Dates
Mon. Dec. 15 Recital & Costume Fees are due to participate in the June
show.
